Sample Submission
The BGC sample processing workflow begins with a consultation with the Core’s Director, Peter White, ideally before the experiment is conducted. Appointments are available on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, and should be scheduled by contacting us.

Once your sample is submitted we aim to complete Sample QC within one week and we will contact you immediately if there are any issues. Sample processing and analysis typically takes two-four weeks depending upon the complexity of the experiment and our current work load.
